Ingredients
150g. Dark Chocolate
200g. Cake Crumbs
75g. Raspberry Jam (seedless)
Brandy
Method
1. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of boiling water. (Don't allow any water to get into the chocolate)
2. Mix the cake crumbs, brandy and jam together.
3. Form into small balls dip in melted chocolate.
4. Roll in chocolate hundreds and thousands or cocoa powder.
5. Place on greaseproof paper and set in the fridge.
This is a really tasty and exciting dish to make. Impress your friends, and win girls with this fantastic recipie.
