Painter's Chronicle subscripient Frank Watene celebrates his 32nd birthday today. Frank is a professional rugby league player who plays for Halifax RLFC as a prop forward. Frank has also played for many other rugby league clubs during his long and illustrious career, even including a few international caps along the way!
