The Kitchen - 20 Second Strawberry Ice Cream

Serves 6-8

Ingredients
400g strawberries – frozen with all the green removed
Little bit vanilla extract
30g caster sugar
150ml buttermilk
200g mixed berries to serve

Method
1.
Tip the frozen strawberries, vanilla extract, sugar and half of the butter milk in to a food processor.

2. Blitz for a few moments the while still running pour the remaining buttermilk in, in a thin and steady stream. Let the machine run until smooth and creamy. Don’t over mix as this will cause the ice to defrost.

3. Serve straight away with mixed fresh berries.
